Return/Refund Policy


Returns

In stock hats can be exchanged for another available in stock or custom hat. Please contact nnamdi.hats@gmail.com immediately upon receipt to notify us of your interest in an exchange along with the hat that you are interested in exchanging. We will confirm if the item is available and if not, what the turnaround time would be.

The hat must be received within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be received in excellent, unworn condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our standard. The client is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Custom hats cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Hats

Are handmade hats created especially for you. They are made to your desired size and finish specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that your hat measurement is required for a custom hat. We are not responsible for any incorrect hat measurements provided. We are happy to answer any and all questions throughout the purchasing process and strive to deliver the best quality and service to ensure your satisfaction.

In Stock/Ready to Ship Hats

Are hats that are in stock ready to ship immediately. In stock items are available for exchange only within 7 days. Please see our return policy. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return (of in stock hat) for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, if the cost of the new exchanged item is less than the original purchased hat.

If the cost of the new exchanged item is more than the original purchased hat, we will notify you of the new balance to be be paid upon receipt.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
